Travel Tuesdays: Seville, Spain
When I found out Brandon was going to Spain, I really wanted to tag along but unfortunately, I didn’t have enough vacation time to join in on the fun. Such is life.
Instead, I requested that he take as many pictures as possible to share with you guys and he did his best to deliver.
Kind of funny…while I was looking through his pictures of Seville, deciding which ones to post, I found a few that he took of Coco and I recently. If you’ve ever seen this post, then you know that her and Gigi always ate from the same bowl and cuddled together in the same bed, even if we had two of each.
So, to offer her some companionship that might be lacking now that Gigi’s gone, I thought it would be nice if I kept her company while she ate breakfast.
And then I tried cuddling with her in her bed.
I think she appreciated it, although I probably take up a little more room than Gigi did.
Okay, so back to Seville. Brandon was there for work so he didn’t get a chance to see a whole lot but he did a great job capturing some of the city. He even took pictures of his food at a restaurant…makes me so proud. {sob}
Anyway, it’s kind of a photo dump but here’s Seville!
Meow meows…
Mushroom risotto…
H&M…
No clue about this one…
All photos courtesy of Brandon. If you are interested in hiring him for your next event, he may be compensated with chocolate or tickets to an Aggie game.
And of course, he returned home with a special souvenir for mwah.
I love how colorful it is. Now I just have to think of a recipe that will look good on it!
So I was wrong with my prediction of who the top two will be on The Bachelorette, but I think the guy who got sent home (not saying who so I don’t spoil it for those who haven’t watched it) is going to be the next Bachelor. Your thoughts?
Have you ever been to Spain?
Do you prefer vacations that are based around nature or those with historical architecture?
Spain looks amazing! What beautiful pics! Too bad you didn’t get to go! Spain is definitely on my list of places to travel too…hopefully one day!
Ahh I want to go to there!!! I’ve been to Barcelona and Valencia but I never made it to Seville. I really wanted to go there or Madrid, because I was taking Flamenco lessons at the time, and I heard its really awesome there. Ahh well, such is life. one day! and aww im sure coco appreciated the company :) also- love that plate!!
Those are some beautiful pictures! I just watched Vicky Cristina Barcelona for the first time last week, so now Spain is definitely on my must-see list. I’m a big history person (and so’s the boyfriend – his BA is in history) so I think our vacations and trips are a lot more historical-centred than nature-centred.
I’m excited to see what recipe you use that plate for, it’s gorgeous!
Those pictures are gorgeous…Spain is near the top of my places I want to visit list. I absolutely love that plate he got you as a souvenir!
That plate is gorgeous. And you eating/snuggling with Coco is too cute. I’m so jealous of Brandon. Spain looks so pretty–I’ve never been to Europe, but it’s definitely on my lifetime bucket list!
I can’t even look at these pictures. I’ve been bit by the travel bug SO badly. I want to go everywhere and see everything. Even looking at pictures of fun places makes me get all twitchy and antsy. I wanna goooooo.
All of those pictures are beautiful!! I’ve never been to Spain but I want to go! I love art history, so that’s why Europe intrigues me so much. But I also really want to go to South Africa because I think it would be an unbelievable experience!
What gorgeous pictures! I absolutely love all the little side streets – reminds me of Greece! Did Brandon mention if there were a lot of stray cats there? I’m just curious since there’s that one picture, and there were a TON of stray cats in Greece.
I definitely want to go to Spain someday! Hopefully before I completely forget how to speak Spanish ;)
Ok, sign me up for a trip to Spain right NOW! Gorgeous! I love vacations that let me see the unique parts of where I’m staying, and not just the touristy parts :)
Looks incredible! As an official crazy cat lady, I loved the little kitten and of course the food blogger in me loved the shop full of dishes:)
How beautiful. I would love to take a trip to Spain. Brandon did a wonderful job taking pics for you.
Haha, I love that your tried to join her in bed;)
Oh man, Seville looks absolutely gorgeous! That’s one place I’d love to visit.
It seriously looks all kinds of amazing. Now if only I was able to get past of my airplane fear.
Seville looks gorgeous! I’ve never been to Spain but it’s on my travel list :) I love that you snuggle up with Coco while she eats and falls asleep – cutest. thing. ever!
The pics are beautiful, but the cutest must be you cuddling on puppy’s cushion!
So it looks like Brandon sure knows his way around a camera – gorgeous pictures! Spain is on my list of places to go next to Ireland…such beautiful architecture. And let’s just drool over the risotto…omgidie! I will admit that I’ve gotten into Rocky’s dog bed with him before :).
Another Bachelorette fan!! :)
Awwww, so sweet of you to snuggle with Coco. I bet she was happy! Beautiful pictures!! :)
I’ve been to the Canary Islands which are Spanish islands but it is not quite the same. I definitely want to properly go to Spain.
Of course I love that picture of the little kitty katty :)
I bet the Canary Islands were beautiful! You seem to be a well traveled lady!
That made me miss Sevilla so badly! One of my favorite places on Earth. Thanks for sharing.
You’re so welcome Jean! It does look so beautiful there, I wish I could have gone with him!
