You can always add spinach or protein powder for a little extra oomph but the base is enough for any adult, or child, to happily slurp down in a jiffy.

So go ahead- grab a straw and enjoy a refreshing drink while your insides slay the bad bacteria and viruses. I promise it’ll taste much better than antibiotics and NyQuil.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more orange juice or almond milk until desired consistency and flavor is reached. Serve ice cold and enjoy!
