15 Favorite Plant-Based Thanksgiving Recipes
Can you guys believe Thanksgiving is almost here already? I can’t.
I’m probably a little late with this round-up seeing how I’m sure most of you already have your menus all planned out, but I thought I would post some of our favorites just in case you need some last minute ideas.
I’ll be making several things on this list including the Vegan Wellington, Shredded Brussels Sprout and Kale Salad, Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Casserole, Simple Green Beans, and a non-gingerbread version of the Pumpkin Pie. All of that plus some store-bought crescent rolls because that’s how we do Thanksgiving in our house.
