15 Favorite Plant-Based Thanksgiving Recipes
Can you guys believe Thanksgiving is almost here already? I sure can’t. Mostly because it will be our last Tofurkey Day as just the two of us. After that we’ll be just two weeks away from my due date. As crazy as that sounds I’m so ready to meet this little guy. I think the holidays from here on out will be extra special with him in our lives.
Ahem, besides my hormonal babbling, I might be a little late with this round-up seeing how I’m sure most of you already have your menus all planned out. But I thought I would post some of our absolute favorite recipes just in case you’re in need of some last minute ideas. Or in case you need help changing your mind and making something totally different than what you had planned. ;)
I’ll be making several things on this list including the Thanksgiving Meatballs, Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Casserole, Easy Slow Cooker Cranberry Sauce, Porcini Mushroom Gravy, Simple Green Beans, Silk Chocolate Pie and The Best Vegan Pumpkin Pie. That’s right…two pies. They’re so easy to make, I figure why the heck not? All of that plus some store-bought crescent rolls because that’s how we do Thanksgiving in our house.
Whether you have plans to cook or not, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday filled with lots of love and delicious food!

That pecan pumpkin pie looks awesome! My mom is bringing half of our Thanksgiving feast with her when they come to our house. She either really wants to stick to her traditions or she doesn’t trust my cooking haha.
